Landworks was founded by Wayne Nail, a seasoned business owner and licensed pest control operator in Florida. With more than 25 years of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the Big Bend and South Georgia region, Wayne built Landworks on a simple belief: that great service starts with great relationships.

After calling Thomasville home for over 17 years, Wayne set out to create a company that reflected his values—hard work, integrity, and treating every customer like family. What began as a small turf management business has grown into a trusted name serving Tallahassee, Thomasville, and the surrounding areas.

Whether it’s residential lawn care or commercial turf management, the Landworks team brings a personal touch to every project—because for us, it’s not just about healthy lawns. It’s about helping neighbors, building trust, and taking pride in the communities we call home.

Beyond the business, Wayne and his wife share a deep commitment to family and faith. After 24 years of marriage, one of their greatest joys has been the adoption of their son—a decision that has brought love, laughter, and purpose into their lives.

They consider it a blessing to have the opportunity to grow their family through adoption and are passionate about giving back to the community that has supported them through their journey.
